When a global business leader in asset management asked us to give them a modern refresh in a live environment, we delivered a carefully staged transformation across three floors — without disrupting daily operations.

Levels 12 and 15 underwent after-hours refurbishments over eight weekends. We replaced workstations, built new meeting and focus rooms, and coordinated every detail down to the hour to ensure everything was fully operational again by Monday morning.
Level 14 was a complete demolition and fitout, including a new trading floor with added security, a flexible townhall space with operable walls, and a striking reception featuring a timber batten ceiling and custom rug. A swing space on level 15 kept trading activities running smoothly during the build.
The level 14 terrace was also upgraded into an entertainment area with an automated louvered roof, BBQs, fridges and relaxed seating.
Weekly virtual meetings with the client’s global team in Singapore ensured constant communication. 360-degree tours kept internal stakeholders engaged, while prototyping of workstation monitor arms ensured seamless integration with IT requirements.
Every step was planned to fit the client's schedule, minimise downtime and make the relocation process smooth for their teams.
