MPA accredited a Great Workplace

We are delighted to share that MPA has successfully passed the WRK+ Great Workplace accreditation program. 

In a rigorous assessment process led by WRK+, MPA met the required criteria, based on our employee’s feedback and an assessment of our policies and practices.

Zrinka Lovrencic, CEO WRK+ debriefed with our team after this achievement and said “MPA have leading people practices rarely seen in the Construction Industry or a small to medium sized business. With standout practices around Sustainability, Reward and Benefits, and an approach to Diversity, that is case study worthy”.

In our most recent anonymous survey of our workforce, we were pleased to see so many of our team echoing the sentiments of the report.
