AsheMorgan engaged us to work with The District Docklands to fitout various spaces for potential tenants.
The project, spanning over 6,800m2 within the precinct, was delivered over four stages.
Stage one of the project, constructed over 12 weeks, involved the design and construction of a central shared cafe with creative theme finishes, banquette seating and five coworking large meeting rooms. In addition to this, the team constructed three detailed boutique office spaces each fit with their own kitchenette, breakout area, meeting rooms and workstations.
Underslung works initially presented as a challenge, however the team investigated and proposed various solutions to achieve a successful outcome.
We coordinated numerous site walks to review alternate routes in order to avoid any car park works as directed by the building manager. The team were able to use their experience to propose alternate concepts to avoid disruption to the precinct.
We continue to work with the client to deliver a space that adds to the fully repositioned mixed use asset, The District Docklands.
