As well as building Aware Super's new workplace, we also look after the ongoing Service and Maintenance with a focus on your Mechanical, Electrical, Hydraulic and Operable Walls. This ensures the working environment continues to function well and reduces the risk of business disruption. 

Working across seven levels, Aware Super’s space accommodates more than 500-plus superannuation and financial advice specialists, in a beautifully designed light-filled atrium void, spanning four levels, with multiple sets of stairs connecting staff on each level.  

Constructed to cater for varying purposes, the multi-floor workplace combines typical work floors, staff café, wellness area, training spaces, client meeting rooms, breakout areas, flexible working spaces, executive work areas and boardrooms. 

The primary aim of our bespoke ongoing Service and Maintenance for Aware Super is to mitigate operational risks by maintaining the Services that allow the day to day workings of of the environment to continue to function. To ensure the Services remain operational, we recommended a range of proactive tasks and the frequency of their completion per year.
