Hub - Brookfield Place

We were engaged to complete the construction of a two-floor, 4,000sqm fitout for Hub Wynyard in the recently developed Brookfield Place at 10 Carrington Street, Sydney.

Working collaboratively with the team allowed the design features, samples and approvals to transition smoothly from the preconstruction phase through to construction, installation and completion.

The site was taken over in a ‘cold shell’ condition allowing the team to coordinate the base build services installation during construction. In scope features included forming and cutting the slab to allow installation of a feature interconnecting stair, multiple private spaces and meeting areas for Hub Wynyard’s 600-plus members to utilise.

Meeting critical program milestones, include completing early comms room handover and completing the two display suites prototype to allow Hub Wynyard’s sales team to showcase their offices whilst MPA were still completing the remaining fitout. Meeting key milestones also allowed the completion of Hub Wynyard’s Operational Readiness two weeks before Hub Wynyard’s Go Live date, giving the Clubhouse team time to complete all testing and training.
