Landcom

We delivered the renovation of Landcom’s existing office space at L13-14, 60 Station Street, Parramatta, to create an environment that aligned with their mission, emphasising innovation, flexibility, and vibrancy.  

Working in a live environment, the scope included the redesign and new build of a reception area, executive area including meeting rooms, flex rooms and boardroom, as well as office modifications, collaborative spaces, a social hub, modified kitchen and tea point zones, creating a new feature central zone.   

This is a feature project for ESG, achieving 95.7% waste diversion from landfill, with a total of 41.15 tonnes of materials removed from site with a diverted weight at 39.45 tonnes, and an indigenous spend of more than 11%.
