MPA was engaged by Mapletree Asset Management as they refurbished multiple floors within their building.

Working across four floors, the project consisted of tenancy make goods, lobby upgrades, amenities upgrades and a speculative fitout.

Key features throughout the overall project include the lobby zones, kitchen joinery, boardrooms, meeting rooms and amenities.

It was essential that each level remained flexible and different in their design, as they were being leased to different clients. A neutral colour palette was used throughout all four floors, with pops of colour brought in through furniture options.

Regular communication, coordination with other builders in the building, early procurement and regular design meetings for long lead time items were imperative in meeting the milestones within the tight program

The team’s previous experience working with key stakeholders was essential in delivering a successful project.
