MPA was engaged by The Executive Centre to a create a sleek and modern space to attract potential tenants into the space on Angel Place in Sydney.

The Executive Centre - Sydney

The Executive Centre’s lease expired at one of their centres and the opportunity arose for us to complete TEC’s new shared office space.

The client wanted us to create a sleek and modern space that flowed and attracted potential tenants into the space. Through a design and construct engagement, we worked closely with Siren Design and DBS Consulting to maximise the floor plate and create areas that would suit TEC’s intent.

The reception area has a unique vaulted ceiling with feature timber dowels. The curved Reception Pods with stone and mirror faces give the impression of expanding the space. The kitchen/cafe area is very sleek and modern with in-built coffee machine and collaboration booths that create a relaxed café-style environment for the guests of the centre.

We ensured constant communication with the client who was based overseas. This was via VC design meetings and PCGs. Weekly communication via MPA’s weekly report kept all stakeholders aware of site progress.

Running a 12-week program, the MPA team ensured the build was managed very tightly to ensure all contractors exceeded program early on to allow for a detailed and clean finish at handover.
