As the first touchpoint within the building, the entry sets the tone for everything that follows. A considered blend of bespoke furniture, refined material selections, and ambient lighting creates a warm, professional atmosphere, offering both aesthetic impact and intuitive function.
This is the beginning of your journey through Lendlease's A-grade, 22-storey commercial office tower, located in a prime CBD position on the doorstep of Barangaroo. In collaboration with JLL, Turner & Townsend, Siren Design and NDY, MPA delivered a full refurbishment of this building’s main lobby.
The transformation includes new rendered wall panels, a premium stone floor, a custom-designed concierge desk, integrated joinery meeting booths, and striking feature batten ceilings. We also partnered with Kone to introduce advanced destination control systems as part of a broader lift modernisation, enhancing efficiency across all levels.
Maintaining a fully operational environment throughout the works was a key priority. Careful staging and strategic hoarding ensured continued access to the café and childcare centre, while all construction activity was carried out after hours to minimise disruption. With dust suppression systems and meticulous overnight cleaning protocols, the space was consistently returned to a pristine, tenant-ready condition each morning.
The result is a transformed and reactivated lobby that elevates the entire building experience - one that has been met with outstanding feedback from both tenants and building management.
