District Dining - Parramatta

We were engaged to add a new dining experience to Parramatta Square. District Dining marries the culinary ethos of European simplicity with the sophisticated yet casual elegance of the quintessential brasserie. 

The overall concept was to construct multiple spaces within the overall design. The team constructed a classy bar and brasserie (Ruse Bar & Brasserie), bakery (Three Fold Pastry) and sandwich bar (Harvey’s Hot Sandwiches), all of which exude sophistication and casual elegance.
