Gilbert + Tobin - Perth

After completing two fitouts for Gilbert + Tobin in Barangaroo Sydney and Melbourne CBD, we were again engaged to complete their office fitout in Perth.

The client wanted to replicate the design of the Barangaroo headquarters but on a smaller scale. The modern workplace consists of new workstations, collaboration spaces, meeting spaces, and breakout areas. We constructed a more user-friendly open plan design with updated finishes and installed upgraded AV/ conferencing equipment to all the meeting rooms.

Standout elements include a feature Barrisol ceiling in the reception area which leads to curved meeting rooms with sophisticated AV systems. The large breakout area features an island bench with integrated banquette seating. Extensive use of timber joinery used for the wall panelling and furniture gives the space a contemporary look and feel.

Our delivery team worked cohesively with the project team to resolve any arising issues and maintained delivery in a timely manner.

We developed a strong relationship with the client and superintendent from the onset of the project which facilitated ease of communication and level of trust throughout the delivery.
