From day one, it was clear this wasn’t going to be a standard fitout. Greystar’s team wanted a space that would inspire and energise, not just house desks. In just 12 weeks, we delivered a high-performance space that brings people together, supports wellbeing, and captures the personality of a fast-growing business. 

One of the standout features? A completely customised, bespoke, blacked out gym. Sleek, dramatic, and surprisingly complex to get right. From material selections to service coordination, every detail had to be considered—and we relished the challenge. It’s now one of the most striking elements of the space. 

But it wasn’t all high drama. Sometimes, it's the details that define a space. A putting green, for example, or a generous recreation zone and breakout spaces that make collaboration second nature. The access flooring meant we could run pipework and cabling efficiently, even with structural beams overhead, while a shared tenancy wall built early on helped manage a live fitout next door without missing a beat. 

Throughout the build, we worked closely with Greystar’s team, staying open and collaborative, and bringing them on the journey. For some, it was their first experience delivering a workplace. By the end, they’d picked up a whole new skillset—something we’re quietly proud of.

We’re big believers that building a workplace means more than just delivering a space—it’s about building relationships that last well beyond handover. Greystar now have a headquarters that supports their people, strengthens their culture, and gives them room to grow in the region. For us, this is what it means to bring work to life.
