NRMA

Insurance Australia Limited (IAG) were in the early stages of implementing a future programme of works that was developed for a rollout of their NRMA Insurance retail sites across NSW. Through competitive tender, MPA was engaged to deliver the initial fitout in Hurstville, which involved applying a set of reference design guidelines to the new retail fitout. 

The evolution shows NRMA Insurance’s continued focus on exceptional  customer service, and brand consistency across each location.

The experience provides intuitive navigation, open and transparent engagement whilst supporting the privacy needs of  NRMA Insurance customers. 

Due to the success of the initial project, we have since delivered two further stores with the same project team members in Blacktown and Hornsby. By delivering multiple projects, we have been able to achieve additional value such as program efficiencies, value management and quality assurance.
