We’ve wrapped up a sophisticated and tightly executed fitout for OPTrust in Sydney’s iconic Chifley Tower.

OPTrust

OPTrust needed a space that was functional and polished, and delivered with zero disruption in a live environment, with two tenants working on the same floor.

OPTrust were thrilled with the outcome and valued our approach — tackling every challenge with an open mind, genuine curiosity, and a commitment to never settling until the best possible result was achieved.

Reflecting on the process, Noah Cashman from Turner & Townsend, the project managers we collaborated with on the job, shared: “MPA maintained a can-do attitude throughout the whole project and went above and beyond in supporting the very appreciative local client team.”

The project included an open-plan workspace, meeting rooms, a kitchenette, and a communications room. While the scope was straightforward, the delivery called for careful coordination. We managed site access around strict 15-minute loading dock windows, maintained clear communication with neighbouring tenants, and ensured a tidy, safe workspace throughout.

With our experience in premium commercial buildings and strong communication, we were able to find and fix any issues as soon as they came up throughout the build. Early on, we uncovered unsafe cabling that required immediate replacement. Later, we adapted the mechanical design to avoid a high-risk installation, saving over $10,000.

Our expertise and attention to detail was essential for the success of this project, from working around building constraints to managing noise and waste, we delivered on time, without disruption, and to the highest standard.
