To every project, we bring our deep understanding of how thoughtful construction can bring ambitious design concepts to life. The lobby of Parkline Place was no different.
Parkline Place Lobby
Refined, immersive, and unmistakably prestigious, the concierge and lounge within the lobby of Parkline Place is more than a transitional space, it is a destination itself. The lobby redefines the arrival experience in a way that reflects the evolving nature of the modern workplace.
From the outset, we were tasked with bringing to life a highly detailed and design-led commercial lobby concierge and lounge, drawing inspiration from Sydney’s iconic parks and resulting in a high-quality environment.
Working to a compressed program, we coordinated the off-site fabrication of all custom elements, including large-format joinery, bespoke directory boards, illuminated heritage artwork and bronze metallic detailing. These pieces were initially developed through a series of workshops and prototyping with Hammond Studio. Following rigorous testing, they were refined and prepared for seamless installation.
The result was a flawless handover. The bespoke directory boards, in particular, stand out — a product of careful collaboration and detailed craftsmanship. This final execution meets both the architectural ambition and the operational demands of a fast-paced commercial precinct.
Planting in the lobby, featuring bonsai-scale species native to the Royal Botanic Garden, was delivered with careful attention to detail. This considered use of biophilia softens the interior experience and deepens the connection to place.
The successful delivery of Parkline Place reflects the value of collaborative, responsive building. It’s a testament to what can be achieved when design ambition is matched with construction expertise. The result is a workplace destination that not only looks exceptional but performs seamlessly.
