We were engaged by The Work Project to deliver their first coworking facility in Australia, not only offering a high-end co-working space but also unrivalled exclusive Conference and Event facilities overlooking Sydney’s Harbour Bridge.

We worked tirelessly to deliver a flexible coworking space allowing for future client driven changes, featuring an open breakout space on Level 3 and custom ceiling paneling throughout.

To ensure that the integrity of the design was not affected by budget constraints, the MPA delivery team worked collaboratively with the design team to achieve large scale value engineering options.
