We were engaged by APG on behalf of IFM Investors to deliver three speculative suites at 500 Bourke Street, in Melbourne’s CBD.

Having completed multiple tenancy fitouts within the asset, our building understanding and relationship with CBRE building management made for a seamless delivery.

Our collaborative approach working with APG and Siren Design, meant we could execute the design intent, reviewing finishes and construction methods holistically to ensure integrated aesthetic integrity, functionality, and performance, including acoustics and services.

Understanding IFM Investor’s drivers for the project, we accommodated site inspections throughout delivery, supporting the Colliers leasing team to lease 2 of the 3 suites before project completion. We were then able to create opportunities to tailor the build to each tenant’s needs before completion. This included a full redesign of the communications solution for one suite, which allowed us to minimise additional costs and avoid delays, ensuring a faster and more efficient delivery.
