From the moment you step into the lobby, the transformation of Grant Samuel’s workplace is undeniable. A seamless tiled entry extends through to reception, creating a striking first impression.
Grant Samuel
We delivered a refined and functional space for Grant Samuel, evolving the previously smaller and enclosed spaces into a collaborative open-plan workspace.
Big or small evolutions, we’re here to ensure any updates match the vision and ongoing needs of your team. An issue identified at Grant Samuel’s previous workplace was that the existing acoustics allowed sound to travel between rooms - we implemented solutions to enhance the acoustic technology and allow for privacy and soundproofing.
Ensuring minimal disruption was a key priority. Careful staging of works allowed for workstations to be returned to staff first, while front-of-house works were completed after the workspace was partially operational. Throughout the project, security and IT infrastructure remained fully operational, even as the communications room was temporarily relocated during demolition. MPA also worked in sync with the base building team, coordinating efforts to ensure the removal of an internal stair was completed efficiently without impacting project timelines.
This project is a testament to our expertise in executing high-quality office transformations while navigating logistical and operational constraints. Mechanical limitations, such as restricted fresh air capacity for air conditioning units, were managed effectively, requiring innovative solutions and client training to optimise the system’s performance.
With a strong focus on collaboration, we truly revitalised this space, enhancing connectivity, functionality, and aesthetic appeal, and reflecting the sophistication of the Grant Samuel brand.
