Having outgrown their previous office, the move to Sydney’s financial district marks an important step forward for a leading financial services business. This relocation reflects their commitment to providing a supportive and functional space for their people.

We were engaged early to deliver a fitout for this business that not only reflects their brand and values but also ensures a smooth transition into a larger, adaptable workplace. 

The main workspace spans two interconnected levels and was designed to accommodate the business’s rapid expansion. Built with sustainability in mind, we preserved existing elements wherever possible, minimising demolition and waste. Base building approvals were managed in coordination with JLL, streamlining processes and ensuring compliance throughout. 

To future-proof their growth, we also developed the level above the main office as two speculative suites. These high-quality, flexible spaces mirror the design and functionality of the main office, making it simple to merge them into a single floor in the future. One of these suites was immediately adapted to meet the business’s current needs, with minimal changes.

By planning ahead and procuring long-lead items early, as well as leveraging our knowledge of the building from the initial fit-out, the project was delivered stress-free and a week ahead of schedule. 

The result is a practical, future-ready workplace that positions this leading financial services business for ongoing success.
