Looking to expand their workplace by adding on an adjacent suite in Governor Phillip Tower, Seyfarth Shaw appointed us on a design and construct basis to refurbish the space.

Having delivered a number of works in the law firm’s existing workplace over the last 10 years, and additional fitouts in the building, we have extensive knowledge of the asset that we were able to utilise during this project.

The brief – which had a focus on ensuring the space allowed for flexibility around future growth – included refreshing the current office as well as expanding into the new suite. This involved the joining of the two spaces by demolition of walls, the addition of new offices, workstations, focus rooms, a breakout/collaboration space, first aid and wellness rooms and high-level acoustics.
