Earlier this month, our Melbourne team joined the Property Industry Foundation (PIF) to lend a hand at the Lighthouse Home in Glen Iris, a residence that provides a safe and nurturing environment for young people, supported by Therapeutic Carers and the broader Lighthouse Care Team. 

Throughout the day, our volunteers rolled up their sleeves to transform the home’s outdoor spaces.  

The team tackled everything from weeding and trimming to cobweb cleaning and pressure washing, helping refresh the gardens and exterior areas for the residents to enjoy. 

“It was such a rewarding day,” said People & Capability Coordinator, Ailia Yelverton “Getting to see the difference we could make in just a few hours, and knowing it supports young people in feeling more at home, was really special.” 

Partnering with PIF offered a meaningful way to see the impact of their work firsthand and contribute to a cause that aligns with our shared commitment to community.
