The Civil Aviation Safety Authority (CASA) entrusted us with our first-ever $1 million project - marking a significant milestone for MPA. We are delighted to have delivered CASA’s new workplace at 680 George Street, Sydney.

Civil Aviation Safety Authority (CASA)

Aviation history and CASA’s legacy take centre stage in this fitout, through bespoke signage and striking wall graphics. Offices are named after pioneering Australian figures in aviation, while full-wall imagery showcases iconic planes, pilots, propellers, and aerial views of landmarks, creating an immersive environment.

At the heart of the space is a collaboration hub designed to reflect CASA’s aviation roots. Aviation-inspired design elements - including cloud-shaped lighting, a custom metal-etched propeller sign, and a striking feature ceiling - bring the essence of flight into the workplace. The integration of historical references and custom graphics further enhances the space, paying homage to Australia’s rich aviation history.

With remote consultants based in Canberra, we ensured stakeholder management and communication through virtual tours, 360-degree cameras, and detailed weekly reports. Our proactive approach facilitated an early handover of the communications room, 4 weeks before the project completion.

A key testament to our client-first approach was our ability to assist post-practical completion, ensuring CASA faced no delays when telco installations were pushed back, providing a seamless transition into their new space.

Through strategic communication, meticulous planning, and an unwavering commitment to quality, we delivered a fitout that meets CASA’s needs today and well into the future.
