Occupying approximately one-third of a floor plate, this space was conceived as a flexible, market-ready environment, enabling prospective tenants to visualise what this space could be for their business.

LaSalle Display Suite

We partnered with LaSalle Investment Management and Brass Tacks Interiors to deliver a premium display suite designed to showcase the full potential of a workplace within the building.

From the outset, the project was driven by a need for quality outcomes and early design validation. This was enabled through early demolition works and on-site investigations to inform design development. This proactive methodology ensured risks were addressed early and opportunities for optimisation were captured without compromising design intent.

The industrial character of the space is balanced with refined detailing. Polished concrete floors and exposed ceilings establish a clean, contemporary base, while carefully coordinated services run in disciplined gridlines. The perimeter is softened with carpeted zones, with incredible views of the building’s northern and north-western aspects.

A versatile layout, the space features more than just desks and walls. There are a series of curated spaces throughout that include quiet rooms, meeting and collaboration spaces, open work areas and a feature boardroom, demonstrating the many ways to use the space. The boardroom is a standout, a bespoke acoustic ceiling featuring digitally printed timber-look panels, complemented by a vinyl-finished table and timber wall panelling.

Joinery elements across the kitchen, breakout and reception areas encourage further inspiration for prospective tenants, delivering both functionality and a cohesive material palette. Copper-look power poles introduce a subtle industrial edge, aligning with the broader design narrative.

Importantly, the project also delivered meaningful social impact. Through a circular reuse approach, furniture from Level 3 was redirected to Women’s Property Initiative, supporting women and children at risk of homelessness. The contribution, with an estimated second-hand value of $47,000, equates to over $517,000 in social benefit based on WPI’s independently evaluated impact multiplier.

Early site familiarity and collaborative problem-solving ensured the project was completed two weeks ahead of program.

The completed display suite now stands as a compelling space that brings the building’s workplace potential to life.
