Lander & Rogers, a leading independent Australian law firm, engaged MPA to construct their four-level workplace, situated in Melbourne’s iconic Olderfleet building.
Lander and Rogers - Melbourne
The client floor delivers a sophisticated and highly functional environment, featuring a striking reception, café with commercial kitchen, client lounge, iHub rooms and seminar space. Multiple breakout areas and an outdoor terrace provide flexible spaces for collaboration, connection, and client engagement.
The multi-floor fitout showcases several design details including feature ceilings, crazy paving, custom floor to ceiling windows, intricate joinery, and custom staircase. A custom boardroom table was also inspired by Milingimbi Island, and designed by a leading Indigenous crafting organisation.
The project was delivered within a live building, requiring close coordination with Mirvac base building works and program at Olderfleet.
Working closely with the national law firm and its consultant partners, we focused on collaboration, consistency, and quality throughout the delivery.
Drawing on our expertise and established project relationships, the team successfully brought the design vision to life, delivering a highly detailed and contemporary workplace.
